Our Story

LOGENTIQ began with a simple but powerful idea: AI should be smart, strategic, and human-centered.

It started when Chris, a longtime consultancy CEO and recognized business leader and policy expert, met Charlie through a regional workforce talent initiative. Chris was struck by Charlie’s ability to build custom AI tools that solved real problems... right in the context of their committee work.

Chris had been exploring AI for his own firm and was interested in hiring Charlie. But Charlie had other plans: he wanted to build a company of his own...

There was just one condition. Charlie had already teamed up with Luke, the top Entrepreneurship major at Old Dominion University. The two had begun developing AI tools together and found that their skills and styles clicked perfectly. Chris agreed to meet Luke and within one hour, the three had a vision, a rhythm, and a sense that something big was possible.

Before forming anything official, the trio flew to Las Vegas for CES, the global stage for tech innovation. What they found was a massive gap: companies everywhere wanted to “do something with AI,” but most didn’t know what that even meant. There was a real need for practical, tailored solutions, and that’s where LOGENTIQ found its purpose.

We incorporated LOGENTIQ Solutions LLC in April 2025.

The name "LOGENTIQ" (loh-JEN-tik) combines:

Logic – for clear thinking and the core of computing
Agentic – reflecting the intelligent, adaptive AI they specialize in
IQ – for human intelligence, with humans in the loop... always

LOGENTIQ is built on the belief that AI should enhance people, not replace them.

Since then, the team has been working on custom applications across four key sectors: finance & banking, local & state government, healthcare, and defense contracting. Along the way, we’ve added a powerhouse group of advisors with deep cross-industry experience:

A multi-venture entrepreneur who’s built businesses across telecom, motorsports, and clean energy
A professor and former CEO with deep roots in private equity and operational transformation
A multi-patented innovator and former VP at Virginia’s leading tech partnership authority
A NASA-based engineer with hands-on experience launching startups and managing innovation

Together, the LOGENTIQ team blends business sense, creative energy, and technical precision, and we're on a mission to make AI approachable and actionable.
